Associate Professor Darren Curnoe from the University of NSW talks about the discovery in China.
THEY have been dubbed the Red Deer Cave people and they are a big mystery.
Fossils of this previously unknown group of prehistoric humans, who lived as recently as 11,500 years ago, have been discovered in south-west China by a team including Melbourne researchers.
Their highly unusual mix of archaic and modern features raises the possibility they represent a new species of human.

Here is a news about a recent rock believed to have come from Mars. Scientists are very excited because this rock just dropped to Earth recently making it a fresh sample. Europe - Road to Unification

In affect, this means nations are giving up their financial sovereignty. Such actions would be unheard of a few years ago. After the first GFC, many in the US Administration calls it an opportunity for change. Certainly as the world drifts towards GFC II, this crisis-turned opportunity is being seized. The debtors are powerless and had no choice but to accept any plans given to them - even though the plans involve robbing them of their sovereignty financially. Once this is done, political and military sovereignty will be weakened and it is a matter of time before those pillars will be removed.

With the current economic situation in Europe and the US, there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. To solve the European debt problem, Eurobonds are being proposed, but as the article above shows, this may be the excuse needed for those who want to unite Europe politically and financially. This notion would be unrealistic a few years ago, but given the dire situation, there may be no way left for people but to accept the union.

A series of floods hit Australia, beginning in December 2010, primarily in the state of Queensland including its capital city, Brisbane. The floods forced the evacuation of thousands of people from towns and cities.[2] At least seventy towns and over 200,000 people were affected.[2] Damage initially was estimated at around A$1 billion.[3] The estimated reduction in Australia's GDP is about A$30 billion.[1]
Three-quarters of the state of Queensland was declared a disaster zone.[4] Communities along the Fitzroy and Burnett Rivers were particularly hard hit, while the Condamine, Ballone and Mary Rivers recorded substantial flooding. An unexpected flash flood raced through Toowoomba's central business district before devastating communities in the Lockyer Valley. A few days later thousands of houses in Ipswich and Brisbane were inundated as the Brisbane River rose and Wivenhoe Dam used a considerable proportion of its flood mitigation capacity. Volunteers were quick to offer assistance and sympathy was expressed from afar. A large mobilisation of the Australian Defence Force was activated and a relief fund created. The Queensland Reconstruction Authority was formed to co-ordinate the rebuilding program and a Commission of Inquiry established to investigate matters related to the floods.
The 2010–2011 floods killed 35 people in Queensland.[5] As of 26 January, an additional nine people were missing.[6] The state's coal industry was particularly hard hit. The Queensland floods were followed by the 2011 Victorian floods which saw more than fifty communities in western and central Victoria also grapple with significant flooding.

God, Judgment and the Weather: Hurricane Katrina

The most chaotic and traumatic event in Israel's modern history was the forced withdrawal of Israel from Gaza which began on August 17, 2005. Nearly 9,000 Israelis were forcibly ripped from their homes and their farms. It was heart-wrenching to watch women and children man-handled, to watch synagogues violated, Torah scrolls desecrated, houses bulldozed, graves dug up, and farms destroyed. The economic impact on Israel was simply overwhelming. Look at what the Gaza strip produced:

• 70% of Israel's organic produce
• 60% on the nations exported herbs
• 15% of its total agricultural exports
• 60% of its exported cherry tomato crop
• 120,000,000 dollars of its flower exports.

In the midst of all of this, before it was even finished, Condoleezza Rice called a press conference in which she said that every one empathizes with what the Israelis were facing, but it could not be Gaza only and that would only be the beginning of the withdrawals. It's interesting that all of that ended on August the 22nd and the very next morning the government of Bermuda announced that a tropical depression had formed off the coast of Bermuda which was dubbed "Katrina." It quickly developed into the most powerful hurricane in modern history, slamming into New Orleans on August the 27th. It disrupted 25% of our crude oil production, it destroyed the largest port in this nation and the fifth largest in the world.

The peace process between Israel and her neighbours is the modern Holy Grail for Western diplomacy. As the leaders make all sorts of concession to secure agreements, it is good to be reminded of what God thinks.

3 Great Natural Disasters in 3 months
In just three months in the start of 2011, 3 incredible natural disasters happened on such as scale that the whole world is watching. Each of these three disasters are record-breaking in terms of their magnitude in the region in which they occurred. The Queensland flood was called a 1 in 100 years flood. The Christchurch earthquake destroyed a significant part of the city itself. The Japan earthquake was the most devastating since recorded history of Japanese earthquakes.

Can these events that happened in succession in the first 3 months of 2011 be a coincidence? Disasters happened anytime, but consider again the fact that each of the great disasters mentioned here are at the extreme end of the scale and they happened in monthly succession.

"Brisbane and nearby Ipswich are bracing for unprecedented flooding as the death toll from southern Queensland's flash flooding reaches 10, with 90 people still missing.
Hundreds of people were evacuated from their homes at Ipswich, west of the capital, last night, with about one-third of the city expected to go under water today as the Bremer River reaches 22 metres.
Brisbane is also bracing for major flood levels of around 4.5 metres about 2:30pm (AEST), with tomorrow's peak predicted to be above historic 1974 levels.
About 30,000 people will be affected in the capital and 9,000 homes are expected to sustain flood damage.

Hundreds of Christchurch residents spent the night in the city's parks as rescuers continued to scrabble through the ruins of collapsed buildings in search of survivors from Tuesday's massive earthquake.

Prime minister John Key is warning the death toll of 65 is likely to rise after the 6.3-magnitude quake struck New Zealand's second largest city about 12:50pm local time.

The magnitude-8.9 offshore quake struck at 2:46 p.m. local time and was the biggest to hit Japan since record-keeping began in the late 1800s. It ranked as the fifth-largest earthquake in the world since 1900 and was nearly 8,000 times stronger than one that devastated Christchurch, New Zealand, last month, scientists said.
The quake shook dozens of cities and villages along a 1,300-mile (2,100-kilometer) stretch of coast and tall buildings swayed in Tokyo, hundreds of miles from the epicenter. Prime Minister Naoto Kan was attending a parliamentary session at the time.
