What a coincidence - I have just published a novel / science theory on the same subject. I have discovered a highly plausible global deluge scenario at the close of the ice age circa 9000BC, during the great meltdown that raised sea level by hundreds of feet in one event. It involves the northern icecap damming off the Arctic Ocean and creating an upper-glacial lake, released by the icecap collapse.
